Telework Interest Survey

We are interested in determining how many full- and part-time employees have interest in working from a remote work location even if only on an occasional basis. The telework location may be at home, someplace close to home, with a client or while traveling. Completing this confidential questionnaire will enable us to make important decisions regarding telework as a formalized work option.

	Telework is defined as working from home or alternate work site instead of traveling to and from a worksite that you are scheduled to report to. You can telework occasionally, on a project-by-project basis, or on a regular basis, that is one or more days a month. This does include working overtime during non-scheduled work hours.
