Telework Interest Survey

We are interested in determining how many full- and part-time employees have interest in working from a remote work location even if only on an occasional basis. The telework location may be at home, someplace close to home, with a client or while traveling. Completing this confidential questionnaire will enable us to make important decisions regarding telework as a formalized work option.
