ISTIM Orientation Day Survey (2008)

Good Morning and Welcome to Notre Dame! This survey is a repeat of the application survey so we can benchmark your current attitudes prior to beginning your research experience. This information and other information collected over the next few years will be used to assess the longitudinal impacts of this program on you. Your individual responses to these questions will remain confidential and only aggregate results will be included in any presentations or publications that result.
