SURVEY INTRODUCTION
The survey asks you to respond to four primary groups of questions, as described in the following paragraphs. A variety of methods are used to answer the questions, and an explanation of these methods is provided for each section and sub-section as appropriate.
General Information and Demographics - This section is intended to understand your experience and qualification levels because these vary widely across participants.
Specific Program Basic Information - In this section, you will be asked to refer to one DOD NPD program with which you are very familiar. While the program will not be specifically identified, basic information is requested to provide the researchers initial understanding of that program and to establish a baseline for subsequent questions.
Specific Program Risk Assessment Profile - This section asks about the structured risk assessment of the specific program you are thinking about, to assist the researchers in further understanding the history and nature of that program.
Specific Program Characteristics and Detailed Information - This section, with its 6 sub-sections, provides more detailed information on the program you have been asked to think about, with a specific focus on areas of government/contractor interface and factors that influence that interface.
