The learning community (LC) in which you are participating is funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) to foster interest in science, technology, engineering and/or mathematics (STEM) related fields of study. As a student in the LC you are able to offer valuable perceptions of its activities. All answers are confidential and only group responses will be reported to NSF and project staff.
There are no right or wrong answers so please take your time and be honest and frank in responding. The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. After completion a number will be assigned to each individual that will allow the evaluators to look at your responses over time.
