eNonprofit Benchmarks Study

<<>> Nonprofit Online Activism, Fundraising & Marketing Survey <<>>
All nonprofit organizations are invited to participate in this survey measuring their use of the Internet. Nonprofits increasingly rely on the Internet to communicate with members, supporters and the public, influence public policy, and, of course, to raise money. The eNonprofit Benchmarks Study is collecting and analyzing key online metrics and data (email communications, web site statistics, etc.) from nonprofits of all types and sizes to help set basic benchmarks for how nonprofits are performing in the online marketing/activism/engagement arena. This study will bring much-needed focus to nonprofit use of the Internet, complementing the existing trove of data and metrics focused on for-profit companies. The eNonprofit Benchmarks Study, to be released in early 2006, is sponsored by the Advocacy Institute and M+R Strategic Services. It is cosponsored by Beaconfire, Convio, Donor Digital, GetActive Software, and Kintera. The study also received generous support from the Beldon Fund and the Surdna Foundation. Please take our confidential survey measuring your organization's use of the Internet only if you work for or represent a nonprofit organization. () Only one survey response per organization, please. () Some of these questions, relating to budgets, average open rates, average response rates, web statistics, may require some research. () If published in the study, all data collected will be published anonymously. () The survey should take approximately 30 minutes - thanks for your participation.
