Student Survey of Speaking and Recording

The following survey was designed to give us insight into student opinions and attitudes regarding speaking in a second language. Please answer the following questions as truthfully as possible. Pay particular attention to italicized words, as they are very important to the context of the question. Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated!
