Welcome to the Omaha Afterschool Alliance Online Program Inventory. The information you provide is critical to informing parents and other community partners about current efforts to provide quality afterschool programming to youth in Omaha.
If you have not already received a printed copy of this online inventory, please call Nicole Schaefer to obtain your copy (City of Omaha-Mayor's Office: 444-7918; E-Mail: nschaefer@ci.omaha.ne.us). You will need the paper copy to prepare to complete the inventory. You can also obtain a copy to print by visiting the OASA web site at: http://www.omahaafterschool.org
Please do not go online to complete this inventory until you have all of the needed information in front of you. Once you start the inventory, you must complete it in a single session. Work in a single block of time so that your session will not "time out" on you.
