Spark NW is all about helping people ignite innovation, connection and fun in their work and personal lives. Each of our workshops uses fun, effective and innovative tools and games that help accelerate breakthrough experiences. Depending on the topic, our time together will always include a combination of melting any group ice (usually 'coolness', which is merely fear in disguise), loosening up our minds and imaginations, and then experiencing and learning some powerful tools and fun games from the practices of improv, sociodrama, sociometrics, and more.
