IDCON is currently searching for reliability and maintenance management consultants, Spanish fluency is highly desired. We look for people with experience in process industry or similar industries. You should be able to coach, advise, do presentations and trainings. Primary expertise areas we value are planning & scheduling, preventive maintenance, and root cause. Other areas that are a good experience fit are spare parts management, reliability assessments, management consulting. Consulting work means travel. You must be able to travel to be a consultant, very little consulting happens at our offices. We like you to be able to travel and be at the client site 50% of the time.
