Keep in mind that once the system is up and running again, each group can have no more than two calendar administrators who will be in charge of adding the group’s events to the Law School Events Calendar throughout the academic year. This person will be given authorization by the Webteam to post events on the calendar. All groups must appoint a calendar administrator by Tuesday, September 8, 2009.
Note to Calendar Administrators: When you submit your event to the calendar, it is routed to me for approval. The reason is to make sure that your event is not conflicting with an administrative event or with a number of already scheduled events. Once we approve your event, it shows up on the events calendar. We have to approve these events in batches, so please allow 24 to 48 hours before following up with webcalendar@law.stanford.edu.
