Building a Healthy Worksite Toolkit Survey

The Utah Department of Health, Bureau of Health Promotion developed a worksite toolkit titled "Building a Healthy Worksite: A Guide to Lower Healthcare Costs and More Productive Employees." 

This guide provides employers with the resources needed to manage an effective worksite wellness program.  It also discusses Bureau of Health Promotion programs available to worksites.
