This reporting tool allows Title I districts to report required information regarding the use of five types of Title I, Part A waivers granted to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary
and Secondary Education by the U.S. Department of Education in August 2009. The report is required for all Title I districts identified for improvement or with Title I schools identified for improvement, corrective action, or restructuring. We estimate that
a district can complete this required report within approximately 10 minutes.
Thank you for your assistance in submitting these required data to the Department. The submission deadline is
September 30, 2009.
