OSAA Omnibus Survey for College/University Students with Disabilities in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics

The learning community (LC) in which you are about to participate (or have already completed) is funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) to foster interest in science, technology, engineering and/or mathematics (STEM) related fields of study. As a student in the LC you are able to offer valuable perceptions about various aspects of STEM.  While this survey is required for participation in the learning community, all answers are confidential and only group responses will be reported to NSF and project staff by the independent evaluators.

A number will be assigned to each individual that will allow the evaluators to look at your responses over time and to contact you at some future date. There are no right or wrong answers so please be honest and frank in responding.  The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
