Youth Sexual Health Survey

The purpose of this informal poll is to gain a better understanding of how Colorado youth view the delivery of sexual health information and what adults can do to better address this issue. The youth input received will help develop a state wide plan about how to better address teen sexual health across Colorado. Everything filled out in this informal poll will remain anonymous and confidential, and will not relate back to the individual who completed it. This informal poll should take about 20 minutes to complete.
