The San Marino Unified School District Board of Education will select a new elementary principal for Valentine School. Community input about the desired characteristics to be used in recruiting and selecting this person is desired. The District is soliciting input to respond to the prompt: What personal and professional qualities for an incoming elementary principal will be a match for the San Marino Unified School District and Valentine community?
Dr. Gary Woods and Linda de la Torre are appointed to advise the Board in this important process. Individual input from members of the community (parents, employees, and others interested in our district) is desired. Input may be offered through this online survey by reviewing the questions below and ranking the five most important characteristics (1-being the most important and 5-being the least) and submitting it no later than November 13th, 2009.
If you have any questions, please don not hesitate to contact Linda de la Torre at (626) 299-7004 ext. 311.
