If you received a link to this survey from Operation Anime, there is no need to fill a survey out for your screening.
When the next one is ready, you will receive an email from us. Until then, please feel free to continue requesting and screening DVDs from Operation Anime. When you receive an email from us with the survey, you will only need to have it filled out for that upcoming meeting.
