Your feedback is important.as well as essential to understanding housing in relation to  the MCS community.  This survey will allow me to see what conditions truly exist out there.  Please keep in mind that these questions are all OPTIONAL to answer however the more complete this survey is the better case I can make when approaching others for solutions to this housing crisis.

I want you to be assured that I recognize how personal this information is and want no one to fear any personal information being disseminated in any form.  This is exactly why there are no requests for names.  If you wish to put your name on it however you may do so on page 2 as I have designed this page for personal information, suggestions or anything that you may feel is important for me to know.  This information will NOT be given to ANYONE unless you explicitly wish your name to be included in these results.
