Thanks for your interest in the 2010 WorkSource Summer Success Program.  Since this is an educational program funded by the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), only those who meet certain guidelines can join.   We've designed a set of questions to help
determine if you're eligible to participate.

We're going to be asking about your family's annual income, so please have your parent or guardian assist you with completing this question.
