ATI - HOBET V Norming Study - FREE Norming Test

Thank you for your interest in the HOBET V Norming Study. I have included some more information on the study below. If you are still interested, please complete the registration and we will give you a call to answer any questions
- and hopefully confirm your participation!

*Instructors and students are strongly cautioned not to base any high stakes decisions on the results of the HOBET V during this norming study. This is a free, extra test. Schools should still administer the current form of the HOBET or other tests they
are now using.

*Norming will occur between April 20th and June 30th, 2010 and is free of charge during this study.

*The examination consists of four sections: Reading, Mathematics, Science, and English & Language Usage. There are a total of 170 items, and a time limit of 209 minutes.

*Groups wishing to participate must take all four sections of the assessment.

*Participants should be from the same population that normally sits for the HOBET at your institution. Typically, this would be applicants to your program or recently admitted students.

*The assessment is available in web format only and must be proctored.

*This norming activity will provide a valuable practice experience for your applicants or students as they prepare to take the current version of the HOBET or other admission/placement tests.

*Student scores will be reported as a percentage correct score. Percentile ranks will not be reported on the score reports from the administration; however, we can send a percentile rank chart once the norms have been set.

*Arrangements for testing are not final until the registration form has been completed and an ATI representative has spoken with the designated contact person from your institution.
