Ad and Photo Specs

· Please submit your ads exactly as they are to appear in the Journal (i.e., if you selected a color ad, please submit the page in color).

· Ads must have a border.

· Files should be submitted via email/electronically.

· Please provide the design for your ad at the exact size noted under "Ad Dimensions". All art should be scanned at 100% of final size. DO NOT enlarge any artwork imported into the ad.

· B/W Photos need to be scanned at 300 dpi ONLY, formatted as grayscale and saved as a Photoshop TIF or EPS file. We cannot accept ads in Excel, Word, or Quark formats.

· Scan line art at 600 dpi. If your logo/clip art is pure B/W, scan at 600 dpi and use the line art setting.

· Vector art should be saved as an Illustrator EPS file.

· All files must be either JPG or PDF; full size should be at least 5MB; image should be high resolution (at least 300dpi); and all files should be flattened
