case managers, service coordinators, practitioners, researchers, policymakers, advocates, family members, consumers, administrators and others interested in professional development about issues related to special health care needs.  Results of this survey
will be helpful to the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and the Strong Roots Conference Planning Committee of Medical Home Plus in determining the type of professional development and family support needed to advance health,
mental health, and behavioral health services for children and adolescents in Virginia.
