Whether an advisory board or fiduciary board or whether you are a board member or a member of the executive team this self-evaluation is designed to help you gauge the level of STRATEGIC VALUE the board is providing to your organization. This is a simple self evaluation of 9 questions and is not a complicated scoring system. Once completed you will be able to objectively analyze if your board is running at the most optimal strategic level or if some minor tweaks maybe needed to get there. You will also be able to evaluate if this has happened by accident or by design and if the board could be adding much more strategic value and thus could be having a greater impact on helping the CEO and management team with "moving the needle". Once completed the results will be emailed back to you with a brief synopsis. As an added bonus an ABA board representative will be available to help you analyze the results if needed.
