Thank you for your interest in the Women's Health Day on Saturday, May 8th! This event will be an opportunity for all women in our community
to learn about women's health, to connect with resources in the community, and to jump-start healthy lifestyle changes. Please fill out the questions that follow so that we can register you for all of the events.

Women's Health Day will be held at the Ellen Thompson Women's Health Center at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ypsilanti. The address is: 5320 Elliott Drive, Ypsilanti, MI, 48197. Please plan to arrive between 8:30 and 9am, and to stay until 1:30pm.
