Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
This survey is designed to guage your opinion of how public participation was utilized during a government or other municipal meeting you've attended. It looks mainly
at how the public was treated during the meeting and whether they were encouraged to participate in the process. The survey is completely anonymous. We will gather no personal information. The first 10 questions are multiple choice, and the final two questions
are open-ended for your comments and meeting information.
Once finished with the survey, you'll be able to view your results as combined with all others who've taken the survey.
