Planning in today's uncertain environment requires both nonprofit leaders to know where an organization stands financially and
to understand how much financial risk they can tolerate. To make good decisions, nonprofits not only need accurate, up-to-date, and clear financial information, but also the ability to interpret and use this financial information to plan and manage. This workshop
series will help nonprofit leaders develop and use financial information to make better (and often difficult) decisions as well as help them to better communicate to their supporters, funders, and board.
