The Council of Urban Professionals ("CUP"), the National Association of Securities Professionals ("NASP"), RG & Associates ("RGA"), Sponsors for Educational Opportunity ("SEO"), and the Robert Toigo Foundation, collectively, "the Sponsors", in partnership with Springboard - Partners in Cross Cultural Leadership LLC, the premier leadership and diversity consultant in the financial services industry, are gathering data concerning professional and leadership development needs within financial services, and the extent to which the firms, in your opinion, invest in and support the career advancement of women and minority professionals.
