a.  Our leadership of management supports efforts to improve heart disease and prevent stroke as a result of the Toolkit.
b.  We decided to address heart disease and stroke prevention because we collected the data and calculated the potential savings for our population.
c.  We launched a heart disease and stroke prevention worksite program similar to the employer case studies in the Toolkit.
