The City of Winnipeg Community Services Department is conducting an online survey about the published hard copy Leisure Guide. This survey information will be used for the following:

* to evaluate the distribution of the Leisure Guide
* to evaluate the layout and design of the Leisure Guide
* to determine customer readership
* to evaluate the Healthy Living Feature of the Leisure Guide
