Flexible working survey

Flexible working is an issue facing UK businesses during 2010 and 2011.  We are keen to find out what companies are doing regarding flexible working arrangements and what methods they have used to make flexible working a success in the workplace. We would be most grateful if you could spend a few moments completing this questionnaire. Many thanks for your time.

In this survey, 'flexible working' refers to any variable working arrangement which contrasts with traditional work arrangements where people work a fixed eight hours (or similar), five days a week.
