Thank you for your interest in our study.  We will be asking you to provide your thoughts and estimates on the risks and benefits of various events/technologies that have been reported to cause injuries to or deaths in birds.  We do not expect you to know the statistics associated with each of these events; in fact, some are still somewhat unknown. We are simply interested in what you perceive the risks to be. Your responses will help us to better understand factors that influence how people perceive risk, and may provide data useful to conservationists in their attempts to raise awareness of human impact on other species.

This survey takes about 25 minutes to complete (the first page is by far the longest).
