Hello, my name is _____. I'm a volunteer calling for Yale Public Schools. We are conducting a phone survey of about 400 randomly selected residents, asking for their opinions. Could I speak to _____ (name of selected person)? This survey will only take about 5 minutes to complete and your answers will remain confidential. The Yale school board will use the information you provide to help it make decisions about school facilities. Do you have a few minutes now to help us?

Voters would have to approve a bond millage to pay for any or all of these potential projects. To address these areas, the Yale school district is considering a half-mill proposal that would cost the owner of a $100,000 house an addition $25 a year . Now I would like to ask you how likely you would be to vote for each of these potential projects if they were part of a plan that would go before voters such as yourself.
