PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY
With this survey, the Board Diversity Committee aims to:

• Identify, maintain and build upon an environment where teachers, children, and families learn together how to share, support, appreciate, and celebrate our differences and to strengthen our commitment to be an inclusive community.

• Define diversity at PIC with the help of the entire PIC community.

• Begin a broader discussion about experiences and observations at PIC.

• Shape further, more targeted discussions about diversity at PIC.

• Help the committee guide policy and practice at the Center.

These results will not be used for any other purpose than to generally guide the committee's ongoing work. All surveys and data will be, and remain completely anonymous.

IMPACT
Those who complete the attached survey will help shape the vision, goals, and policies at PIC.

You will receive 1 hour of PPP credit for completing the survey. If you complete it online, just print out the thank you page (after you hit the submit button) and return it to Lynne with your signature. Printing and signing the last page only will not destroy your anonymity.
