Jefferson County is researching the possibility of expanding the current slash collection program to include a curbside chipping program.We want to know if there is a need, interest, and participation level significant enough to warrant the program.
Curbside chipping program details:
- Resident would schedule appointment and be there to help
- Resident would bring slash to the roadside on the property
- Resident would be responsible for spreading or removal of chips
- Participant would pay for the service
