Welcome to the Warwick Lions registration to donate or volunteer for the Holiday Party
Please complete this registration form to assist us in assigning you to an activity on the day or to show you as a volunteer who will be donating something for the event.
We will be hosting 75 children from the community, on Saturday December 10th from the hours of 11:45 am to 3:00 pm.
