Leaders of Color Non-Profit Career Survey
The Baltimore-Washington Racial Diversity Collaborative (BWRDC) is an all-volunteer group of regional nonprofit leaders working to connect diverse talent to inclusive nonprofit organizations in our region.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete this brief survey, which will help the BWRDC better understand the needs and preferences of leaders of color seeking executive and board positions within the Baltimore-Washington region’s nonprofit sector. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and responses will remain confidential.

Research indicates that the nonprofit sector must do a better job of ensuring that leaders of color have access to executive positions and board leadership opportunities. Assisting leaders of color with connecting to opportunities within diverse and inclusive nonprofit organizations is one of the dual purposes of the BWRDC.

The survey is broken into segments which include questions about your personal career and job search experience, barriers to career advancement, board experience, and talent connection services.

By completing this survey, you will help us better understand your interests and needs pertaining to accessing leadership opportunities within the nonprofit sector; this in turn will enable us to develop tools and resources to support your efforts. We urge you also to forward the link to this survey and this message to other leaders of color in your network, so that we may gather responses from as many individuals as possible within our region.
