If this is the first time that your career center is completing the survey, there is no charge to do so.
If you are recertifying, you will be directed to the payment link upon completion of the survey.
Costs to recertify:
$145 small college/ univeristy (5,000 FT students and below)
$165 medium college/ univeristy (5,001-11,999 FT students)
$185 large college/ university (12,000 FT students and above)
You will receive your certification certificate via email and hard copy.
