Welcome to SDCMS' Brief EHR Implementation Survey
Many physicians are looking into implementing EHRs now, and there aren't many places they can turn to get feedback from other physicians, other than the names that the EHR companies supply to them.
In an effort to assist physicians in the EHR selection and implementation process, SDCMS is conducting this brief survey to gauge what other physicians in San Diego County are doing and to facilitate communication among physicians so that we can all determine what is best for each of us individually.
This survey will be tabulated and only released to those physicians that fill it out. It will not be used for any marketing purposes!
