Employee Referral Program Benchmark Study

Thank you for your interest in taking part in the most exhaustive benchmark study ever conducted into the design and effectiveness of employee referral programs.

This benchmark study will be conducted in two phases:

PHASE ONE:
The first phase of the study is a 54 question survey open to all participants. Eight of the questions collect registration information while the remaining forty six questions identify program design elements, implementation history, and high level output.

PHASE TWO:
The second phase of the study will be open to a select group of organizations based on their responses to the survey questions posed in phase one. Through a series of follow surveys, exercises, and interviews, the best practices and business impact of each participants program will be evaluated.

SURVEY FINDINGS & PUBLICATION
Upon completion of phase one a summary level report will be made available to all participants as a thank you for completing the survey. An e-mail will be sent the address supplied during your registration. Upon completion of phase two a more exhaustive benchmark best practice and impact study report including a primer on building a world-class referral program will be made available for purchase.
