A  Total number of respondents who selected an answer to the question displayed in the row
B  Number of respondents who selected this particular answer
C  Percentage of respondents who selected this answer ( row B / row A
D  Total number of respondents who selected an answer to the question displayed in the column
E  Number of respondents who selected this particular answer
F  Percentage of respondents who selected this answer ( row E / row D)
