This holiday season, Zoomerang is giving back to non-profits. There are so many great organizations doing important work in our community, and we wanted to shed some light on them. Just go to our online survey before December 19, and vote for which non-profit will win $3,000 from Zoomerang this holiday season.
You might be asking yourself, what do online surveys have to do with non-profits? Quite a bit, actually. A big portion of our customers work in the non-profit sector, so our experts have created survey templates to help them achieve their survey goals and needs. Here are a few:
- Program Satisfaction Survey: This survey gets at the heart of your organization’s programs and services. How satisfied is your base with the services you provide? What services would they like to see more of? How did they hear about you? The more you know about who your organization is serving and what they’d looking for, the better you can create programs and services which effectively and efficiently cater to their need.
- Volunteer Satisfaction Survey: Does your organization offer volunteer opportunities? Make sure you retain a solid volunteer base and a strong program by asking for feedback. Our Volunteer Satisfaction Survey will help you find out important information about who is volunteering with your non-profit, what kind of experience they had, and whether or not they’ll be recommending the experience to their friends.
- Environmental Concerns & Awareness Survey: This survey template aims to find out which environmental issues your community is most concerned about, and how much they already know, so you know where to focus your energy and resources.
- Chapter Fundraising Survey: This survey is specially designed to identify challenges of your fundraising efforts, so you can improve it and fundraise more effectively. It asks about important issues such as respondents’ attitudes about fundraising, the number of people who supervise the fundraising effort, and what’s working (and what isn’t). By finding out what aspects of fundraising are working and which are challenging, you can create a more effective fundraising strategy.
- Donor Survey: This survey is the yin to the Chapter Fundraising Survey’s yang. By soliciting feedback from donors who have already given, the non-profit organization develops a better understanding from which to evaluate the fundraising program. It asks about the demographics of the giver, so you understand who your base is. It also asks important questions like what issues they’d like your organization to focus on, and whether or not you can count on their support in the future, so you can plan future fundraising campaigns effectively
Here at Zoomerang, we value our relationship with non-profits. Keep doing the good work you’re doing, and we’ll continue keeping you in mind when we design our surveys. It’s our way of saying thanks.
