Hello virtual forum mates! Our university program needs to achieve consistent results from two separate surveys. We have done the traditional telephone and mail with spotty results and attempted an online product with limited success. We need to reach two different demographics: university graduates and potential/actual employers of those graduates. We need to track the graduates by name and graduation date, so anonymity is not an option. The employers also need to provide a name for reference. Basically, we need to prove through the graduates/employers that the education achieved through our university transfers to usable skills in the real world.
Our questions then are: 1. Based on your experience, would Zoomerang be a useful product for our educational survey needs? 2. The example surveys are not responsive to our survey requirements. Can we easily create surveys of our own without incurring extra expense? The bottom line is that we are trying to find a cost effective (read inexpensive) way to bolster our survey responses and are thinking of using Zoomerang. The university came in considerably over budget last year, so any new product sell has to be stellar. Any thoughts or suggestions, pro or con, would be most welcome. Thanks! |
