Is the Zoomerang product being phased out?
As a paid Premium member, I was bewildered at the lack of support options available to me today. It seems to be LESS than it was before, and these forums seem to way under-utilized. I could not find a place to e-mail a direct support question anymore. It's frustrating to see that my $350 membership now includes less support, and new services that I will never use (mobile?). For the services I do use (listed under Pro), I could now have paid much less. And for this level of support, I could have paid nothing. |

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble reaching Zoomerang support. The product is not being phased out and as a Premium member, both email and phone support are available to you. Please login to your Zoomerang account and click on the Support/Help link in the top-right corner from any page. From there, you can either submit an email by clicking on the Ask a Question tab at the top of the page, or find out how to reach us on the phone by clicking on the article titled Zoomerang Support Options, Hours, and Phone Numbers (Premium), which is among the list of support articles displayed on the page. We do encourage more user participation on the forums and are constantly looking for additional ways to communicate with Zoomerang subscribers. For example, you can now find Zoomerang on Facebook!
