I understand that Zoomerang doesn't provide the ability to notify someone that a particular respondent has completed their survey. In the interest of customer satisfaction, we would like to be able to be alerted to negative responses on a survey in order to quickly respond to a customer. Seems like good common sense. Has anyone implemented a method for this? I guess we can export the results regularly and write some code to get the info, but it sure would be nice to have a feature like that in zoomerang. Any comments or ideas?

Jeff,
That would be a useful feature, wouldn't it? I scan individual responses a few times a day to see if there's a customer who needs to be contacted. This is made less efficient by Zoomerang's apparent need to number individual responses not by survey completion time, but by recipient log in time, so the order of the individual responses reports changes as people will click on the link, then come back later to finish the survey. If you've got a large survey volume, you're going to have to keep careful track of which customers you've already contacted and which you haven't - don't go by individual response report number! Exporting the data often is your only other option at this point, I think. Unless someone has another idea? |

I say YES to any type of good progress. With your explainations about this idea, I think it would be a defintie asset for Zommerang etc...
