ZOOMERANG, THE PREMIER ONLINE SURVEY TOOL,
NOW OFFERS SURVEY TAKING IN 40+ LANGUAGES
Global Businesses Can Gather Global Feedback More Easily
MILL VALLEY, CA – January 28, 2004– Zoomerang, the premier online research tool that allows users to easily create and deploy surveys and analyze results in real time, now offers survey taking in 40+ languages. With this new feature, it is easier than ever for global companies such as DuPont, a Zoomerang customer, to collect global feedback using one simple tool and customers can now reach more survey-takers and retrieve more accurate data. Zoomerang previously supported survey taking in English only.
“With customers in over 200 countries, we have long recognized the importance of supporting our non-English speaking survey takers. Now Zoomerang is the first online survey tool to offer such extensive non-English speaking support for this group. With this new feature, our customers can easily collect valuable data and insights in over 40 languages,” stated Dana Meade, General Manager and Vice President of Zoomerang.
Floris de Klerk from the Europe IT team of DuPont uses Zoomerang to conduct surveys in multiple languages across Europe. As a manager based in Spain, he is able to survey 3000 employees in languages such as English, French, Dutch, German, Italian and Spanish across Europe. He notes that “If you’re looking for something that’s affordable and easy to use, there’s nothing better than Zoomerang.”
Other global Zoomerang customers such as Johnson & Johnson, Poland used the tool in their native Polish to swiftly and easily collect key information for their Human Resources department. They also plan to survey external constituents to better understand how Johnson & Johnson is performing in the marketplace.
As the premier online survey tool, Zoomerang allows businesses and individuals to easily conduct professional-grade surveys and analyze the critical feedback necessary to make important decisions. As one of the first online survey tools (launched in September 1999), Zoomerang quickly gained acceptance among users as a cost effective, easy-to-use alternative to clunky, expensive installable software survey packages. Zoomerang is committed to providing users with simple web based tools to build, customize and send surveys, and then analyze results in real time. Zoomerang is owned by MarketTools, Inc., a privately held company founded in 1997 and headquartered in Mill Valley, California.
